Meditation Courses and Mindfulness based services in County Louth
As well as mindfulness courses, we also offer one to one sessions for individuals and couples. These sessions can take place face to face over the phone or on Skype if available.
Sessions are carried out with experienced and qualified therapists David Culver and Eileen Mc Carney. We charge between 40 and 60 euro for a session and sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. Please click here… for more information on us.

During these sessions we will work with whatever issues you are having in your life. You will also learn about mindfulness and how the practices might help you with the difficulties you might be experiencing.
The practices taught during individual sessions and those with couples often include the following:
A Body Awareness Practice
A practice that can help you be more present in your life and which can help with insomnia and anxiety.
The Breathing Space
A short practice that can be used wherever you are and which is designed to help cope with the stress of daily life
The Mindfulness of Breathing
A longer practice to help develop self-awareness and self-control during communication with your partner and others such as family and friends.
As well as being taught these practices on you own or with your partner, you will be provided with practice Cd’s or download instructions so that you can do the practices between sessions.
