Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses take place around four times a year in Anála Mindfulness. During these courses you will learn practices that will help you to manage your stress levels. They may also help you to find relief from anxiety, depression and insomnia and improve your overall physical and psychological health.
The cost for the courses is €290 (Deposit of €80 required on booking)
This cost includes an additional day of Mindfulness Practice a workbook and instructional Cd’s
On completion of the course, a certificate of attendance will be awarded

Both Eileen and David are qualified mindfulness teachers having trained at the University of North Wales in Bangor. They have also trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Professor Mark Williams the originators of Mindfulness Based approaches.
