These are introductory courses in Mindfulness Meditation
The following is an overview of the course contents
1: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
2. Introducing Mindfulness meditation.
Practice: “The Breathing Space”
3. Daily Mindfulness Practice
Practice: “The Mindfulness of Breathing”
4: Mindful meditation, where, when and obstacles to practice.
Courses are also an introduction to the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. If you would like to do this course, the payment may be used as the deposit and will be deducted from the cost.
